Core Values
Here at Hatchlings Early Learning Centre Caboolture, our core values come from a Bible verse, but they are values that anyone, from any background, would agree are values you not only would like your children to learn and grow to adopt, but also values you would like displayed to your children.
Therefore, these are the core values, we, as early learning Educators, seek to develop and grow in our own lives, and also seek to pass on to the children and families in our care.
Love
We do everything with love and show the utmost respect to the people, things and environment that surrounds us.
Joy
We love to have fun and aim to make child care only a positive experience for your child.
Peace
We aim to solve every problem or conflict quickly and easily so the child care environment is a peaceful place for everyone to enjoy and learn in.
Patience
We encourage your child to be patient with themselves and with others around them, the same as we strive to be with them. We understand that everyone is learning and we can help each other find ways to develop our patience.
Kindness
We know everybody is different and show every child and family member that comes to our centre kindness and respect. We hope to foster the same kind of attitude in your child while they are here.
Goodness
We exude grace, integrity and honesty in our childcare centre and like to see your child embrace the same approach with everything they do.
Gentleness
We take a gentle approach to early learning, taking time to get to know your child, their goals and interests and how they like to learn.
Faithfulness
Our Christian Educators will be respectful in being open about their faith, and also model the concept of faithfulness - unfailingly remaining loyal to someone or something.
Self Control
Your child will be taught composure as they learn to balance their wants, needs and behaviour with what is kind, gentle and honest.
